Ask about your trip
How many children can a field trip accommodate?

Published field-trip packages accommodate 15 to 160 children. Pricing begins with a 15-child minimum, with separate price bands for groups of 50 and 100 children.

Are parents allowed to attend as chaperones?

Yes. For every 10 children, one required adult and up to one assisting adult are included at no charge. Additional non-participating adults need a $10 entry ticket. Participating adults pay the same attraction price as children plus $10, and school approval is required.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Funtastik Labs accepts credit cards, checks, and purchase orders for field trips. Cash is not accepted. Schools using a purchase order should build a quote first.

Does a quote reserve our date?

No. A quote helps with approval and purchasing, but the date is reserved only after you receive a booking confirmation.

Can our school send required vendor paperwork?

Yes. Once the field trip is confirmed, send the documents your school or district requires for completion.

Are Title I discounts available?

Yes. Eligible Title I schools receive 10% off two- or three-attraction field trips. Proof of designation may be requested.

Can we include lunch time?

A two-attraction visit may include an optional 30-minute lunch period at no additional charge. A three-attraction visit includes lunch time. Food is not provided. Lunch time for a one-attraction visit is available for an additional charge.

Need us to come to you?
